Mitr Dhara Dairy Products Refund Policy (For Distributors)

This Refund Policy applies specifically to distributors of Mitr Dhara dairy products (milk, dahi, paneer, and other dairy items) supplied by Mitr Sewa Food And Dairy Pvt Ltd.

1. Refund Policy for Leakage:

* In the event of leakage in Mitr Dhara dairy product packets during delivery:
The value of the leaked product will be added to the distributor’s usable deposit with the company. This credit can be utilized by the distributor in their next order of Mitr Dhara products. The damaged (leaked) packets must be returned to our delivery driver at the time of the next order.

2. Refund Policy for Expired Products:

* If any Mitr Dhara dairy product is delivered with an expired date: The value of the expired product will be added to the distributor’s usable deposit with the company. Expired products must be segregated and made available for return to our delivery driver at the time of the next order.

3. Refund Policy for Bad Taste/Spoilage (Reported Promptly):

* If a distributor reports a product with a demonstrably bad taste or spoilage:
* This must be reported within 6 hrs of delivery. A sample of the affected product may be required for verification. Upon verification, the value of the affected product will be added to the distributor’s usable deposit with the company. The affected product must be segregated and made available for return to our delivery driver at the time of the next order.

4. Refund Policy for Order Discrepancies:

* If there is a discrepancy between the quantity or type of Mitr Dhara dairy products ordered and delivered:
This must be reported to our delivery personnel at the time of delivery or to our customer support immediately upon delivery. Upon verification, the discrepancy will be corrected in the distributor's invoice/account. Any excess products delivered in error must be returned to our delivery driver.

5. Crate Return Policy:

Empty crates used for the delivery of Mitr Dhara products must be returned to our delivery personnel.

6. Order Acceptance:

Distributors are responsible for thoroughly checking the delivered consignment of Mitr Dhara products upon arrival. OTP (One-Time Password) confirmation provided by the distributor will be considered as acceptance of the order and confirmation of satisfaction with the received products (excluding potential concealed issues like spoilage that may not be apparent immediately).

Mitr Dhara Dairy Products Shipping, Replacement & Refund TAT

Refund (Turnaround Time - TAT):

For refund requests, we require the return of the original product. Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund amount will be credited to the distributor's fund on the same day. Refunds are not applicable for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of product delivery to be eligible for processing.

Replacement (Turnaround Time - TAT):

As our products are primarily dairy items, we follow a swift verification and resolution process. In case of damaged or incorrect products, we accept returns and, after verification, credit the respective amount to the distributor's fund on the same day. Replacement requests must be reported during delivery and returned back using the same delivery vehicle to ensure prompt handling. Replacements, if requested, will be delivered within 24 hours post-delivery of the damaged goods (i.e. in next day's shipment). Replacements are subject to stock availability and may not be guaranteed for limited-edition or seasonal products.

Shipping & Delivery (Turnaround Time - TAT):

We deal in perishable dairy goods and prioritize fast delivery. Orders placed today are delivered by the next morning. Our standard turnaround time for order processing is minimal to ensure product freshness. Customers are requested to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the product. Any delays caused due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the time of delivery are not the responsibility of Mitr Dhara Dairy.
